multi-hyphenated-me

the hyphens that define my life

About September 11, 2011

A multi-hyphenate, according to dictionary.com, is a person who has (or is known for having) several main occupations.

My definition goes beyond occupations to include my occupations, my roles, my interests and the many hats I wear – balls I juggle on a daily basis.

My multi-hyphenates are the things that define me: woman-wife-mother of 4-daughter-sister-aunt-cousin-niece-daughterinlaw-sisterinlaw-recruiter-employee-entrepreneur-fan-cancer survivor-gardener-cook-baker-seamstress-friend-listener-talker-crafter-reader-laundress-house cleaner-traveller-planner-writer-blogger-mover-shaker-lover-dreamer-and more.

This blog provides me the opportunity to share my multi-experiences of multi-hyphenated-me.  I appreciate your comments!
